This site was designed to illustrate the fundamental and strategic benefits of how health coverage will be offered in the years to come. Our concept lowers overall costs both on premiums and medical expenses when accessing care. Instead of no coverage until a high after-tax deductible or co-pay is paid, employee's most common expenses will be paid in full using a supplemental indemnity plan, followed by a possible corridor expense and then full coverage using a catastrophic unlimited medical plan. Statistically, 86% of employees use only 20% of health care expenses and many go uninsured based on cost. Healthcare reform states all plans will have $6,000 per person and $12,000 per family of out-of-pocket costs each year. Governmental subsidies will bail out some low-income employees, but even at 100% of the Federal Poverty level an employee is expected to pay $2,000 in medical costs. An employer does not have to pay any costs but we recommend pre-tax deductions to reduce taxes for employees and the company.
